Answer: It differences from each case.　It depends on the time, the situation what have shown in the Medic Report of the patient’s and the progress of the emergency support service.

Answer: Yes. The emergency rescue center will provide the service when you in the backward areas also. But it would be limited caused by irresistible factors.

Answer: Yes. Our working time is 24hours all the year, even though the typhoon or heavy rain comes.

Answer: No. Emergency rescue is not as same as the insurance company. However, when you can not pay for the deposit of hospitalization or the medical expense that we can help you while we have the guarantee from your insurance company.

Answer: The emergency rescue center can inform the insurance company about your situation and require it to follow up. But that can not see as the claim.

Answer: Yes. The emergency rescue center has its own internal medical team. Our doctors would be like to supply the medical suggestion for you anytime. The emergency rescue center can provide the doctor visiting service or make the appointment of the local doctor for you if you need.
